Slow Hour Old Fashioned
Ingredients
2 oz Mar Azul Añejo
¼ oz agave nectar
2 dashes aromatic bitters
Orange peel, to express
Method

Combine Añejo, agave, and bitters in a mixing glass with ice.

Stir for about 30 seconds, until well chilled.

Strain over one large ice cube in a rocks glass.

Express the orange peel over the top and drop it in.
