Built on a family recipe, Mar Azul Coffee is dusk in a bottle — roasted coffee and mocha laced through soft vanilla and agave. It's dessert and digestif at once, which makes pairing it a pleasure.
This is an after-dinner spirit. Pour it neat or over a single large cube once the table has gone quiet, or build it into a Medianoche — our espresso-martini riff — when the evening calls for one more. It's the pour for the slow end of the night.
One rule: serve it a touch below room temperature. A little chill tightens the sweetness and lets the coffee lead.
